Operating Recommendations

Use collet-type chucks or hydraulic chucks for best performance.

Climb cut whenever possible.

Reduce feed when engaging a corner.

Note :

Two critical parameters are directly effected by the depth of cut of any ball nose end

milling operation: cutting speed (SFM) and chip thickness.
